01 / REAL PROBLEMS, PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS

Busy on site.
Clear on the bigger picture.

Useful software starts by removing friction from everyday work.

01

Capture it once.
Keep it connected.

A number on paper. The same number typed again.

Connect device readings to business documents, so weights, vehicles and trading partners move through one workflow.

Less repeat entry
02

Know where the grain is.
Know what the records say.

Purchases, dispatches and transfers in separate records.

Trace inventory movements to their source documents. Review changes by warehouse, bay and variety before the next stocktake.

Clearer stock movements
03

Understand the amount.
Follow the calculation.

Quality adjustments and old documents take time to reconcile.

Connect quality standards, pricing rules, settlement records and supporting evidence, so checks involve less back-and-forth.

Easier reconciliation

02 / EXPLORE RTS

From the first weigh-in
to the final record.

Choose a step to see how information follows the work.

01 / BRING SITE DATA INTO THE WORKFLOW

A weight on the scale.
A record you can follow.

Start with vehicle and trading-partner records. Link stable readings and site evidence to the document, with less manual copying.

  • Stable weighbridge readings
  • Linked vehicle, staff and partner records
  • Weighing photos attached to documents

04 / CONNECT THE REAL WORLD

Your devices.
Part of the workflow.

Check capture, calculations, stock movements and outputs against practical scenarios before everyday use.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Grain trading.
Your practical questions.

Who is the RTS Grain Trading Management System designed for?

RTS supports grain storage, trading, rice processing and multi-warehouse operations. It connects weighing, quality records, grain intake, inventory and settlement, with related sales, processing, transfers and reporting. Workflows and device compatibility are assessed against your site.

Can we use our existing weighbridge and devices?

Share the device models, communication methods and current connections. We can assess the integration approach and confirm compatibility through practical testing.

Can RTS work with our business rules?

RTS includes configuration for quality standards, pricing methods, business fields, team permissions and document templates. We review your rules together to identify the configuration and any further adaptation required.

How can voice entry and AI recognition assist grain purchasing?

RTS already has integration foundations for VRS vehicle and plate recognition, candidate review and task management. Voice-assisted entry is planned: turn spoken details into a draft, flag missing information, then require human review and business authorization before submission. This website demonstrates the workflow without using a microphone or live recognition model, and never executes settlement.

What should we prepare for a first conversation?

A simple workflow outline, common document layouts, a device list and the three things you most want to improve. You do not need to share real customer records or a complete business database for an initial discussion.

Bring your real-world questions.

These three things can make our first conversation more useful.

  1. 01How do you handle purchases, sales, processing and inventory today?
  2. 02Which weighing, camera, signature and printing devices do you use?
  3. 03What are the three problems you would most like to solve first?
