TTS turns business prompts into playable audio. It reads text aloud; it does not recognize what a user says.
HUMAN IN THE LOOP
Describe the task or capture site imagery.
Extract candidate information and retain the source.
Verify key fields and complete real business details.
The business module checks permissions and rules before acting.
Voice and recognition do not directly settle transactions, delete data or post inventory.
Show missing fields, conflicting candidates and uncertain recognition clearly.
Service identity, module access and business permissions are verified separately.
IN PROGRESS
The ecosystem already includes VRS vehicle recognition integration and TTS synthesis. A complete transcription, business interpretation and voice-entry workflow is a priority for the next stage.
Add voice input within the UMP module contracts. Start with reviewable drafts, then integrate RTS validation and authorization. The speech service’s ownership, model and deployment need a separate decision.
